Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:
The Honeysuckle Closet LLC offers a flat rate fee of $6 for shipping, orders over $100 are free. Please allow 10 business days to receive your package. We also offer local pick up. Eatonton, Milledgeville, and Gray are the only cities that qualify for local pickup. I will contact you through email, so we can determine the best location for you to pick up your order. If your tracking says delivered, but the package is unable to be found, please contact your local post office. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address if the customer's address was not correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

 

RETURNS:
Thank you for choosing The Honeysuckle Closet LLC when shopping for your little ones. We are a small business and we appreciate you as a customer. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do understand that sometimes things do not work out, so a return is needed. Your items must be returned within 10 days of purchase and in the original condition of which you received it. We process returns for STORE CREDIT onlyAn item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We do not offer returns on sale items, shoes, jewelry, or swim. The Honeysuckle Closet LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. If your purchase needs to be returned, please send an email to thehoneysucklecloset@gmail.com. Also, please include your order number and reason for return.
